Welcome to rainy Rāapa

Today's challenge is an extention of yesterday's challenge. Finlay answered 50 students could stand in the room, if they are all standing in a square, how could that work? Please draw, take a photo of your thinking. Can you see a pattern forming?

  1. Kikorangi group says we could make a square with 5 across and 10 down to make 50. It is not a square it is a rectangle. We know the 7 x 7 = 49 and that makes a square. Or we know 5 x 5 = 25 but can not find a way to make 50.
